Nutrition - Why There Is No Such Thing As a Perfect Diet

I'm sure you are all aware of the innumerable amount of diet books and dietary strategies propagated by an equally innumerable amount of "experts," "gurus," "nutritionists," and physicians pretending to be nutrition specialists. Comically, each diet book or dietary strategy consists of what is claimed to be the best nutritional approach for achieving one health goal or another, and yet most contradict each other. In this article I will introduce you to some concepts which will illustrate why no one diet is ideal for everyone and why such an idea is an impossibility.
