The Goalposts Have Changed - 5 a Day Is No Longer Enough
The old recommendation was 2 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables per day. Studies have shown that this is insufficient and now we should be consuming a minimum of 7-9 servings per day, for optimal functioning of the human body.
