Two Liters of Water Per Day to Drink Is Not Necessary
Everyone has heard that we should drink at least two liters of water per day to stay healthy. But this information is outdated. However, this information is based on old research that has been misinterpreted. A large portion of the moisture we need gets inside our body through food. Food often includes more than 50% water and also makes sure that we have a liter of water on average per day. It is important to drink when thirsty because it is a sign of a lack of moisture. In addition, a good method to measure of a shortage of moisture is to look at the urine, dark urine may be a sign of a shortage of moisture.
