Why Avoiding Meat Leads To Heart Disease

Meats provide much nutrition. The guidelines for avoiding meat hasn't lead to healthier people. In fact, people are 3x overweight, have 10x more diabetes, and have shorter lifespans since the introduction of these guidelines. Clearly, something isn't right.
