The Health Benefits of Omega 3 Supplements

There are different types of Omega 3 fatty acids and two of the most important and researched are EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). These are found almost exclusively in fish and seafood. The oilier the fish, the more EPA and DHA are present, such as sardine, mackerel and anchovy.
