Omega 6 Vs Omega 3

Omega 6 and Omega 3 are two very different nutrients. Both are essential for good health, but overconsumption of Omega 6 can lead to serious health problems. Unfortunately most people consume way too much Omega 6, as it is widely ingested via cheap oils and fats, whereas Omega 3 is only available from a limited range of foods and so the optimum intake is usually not reached.
