Overcoming Exercising Barriers for Overweight People
Some people get fazed by the challenge of exercising consistently. Rather than see the prospect of shedding those extra pounds off as an exciting challenge they must take on and conquer, they go into self-sabotage telling themselves "I'm too overweight, I can't possibly lose all this weight." And their self-prophesy almost always comes true. In the beginning, you will find it a bit hard because your body is not used to physical exertion. Don't quit. Motivate yourself with positive self-talk. Tell yourself "I can do this!" And then get out there and do it. Don't underestimate the power of positive thinking. Calibrate your mind to overcome mental barriers and you'll be well on your way to making exercise second nature.
