Build Strong Bones

Osteoporosis is a chronic condition characterised by a loss of bone mineral density and corresponding increase in risk of fractures. Ingesting calcium is not enough to build solid bones, as there needs to be a stimulus for bone remodeling. Externally loaded activity is critical for increasing bone mineral density and reducing the risk of osteoporosis.
