What Is Your Daily Mojo?
So I presume many of you would have your own form of routine or exercise in your weekly schedule to try and find some sort of balance in your personal life, among many other things. Personally, I was at a stage in my life where I had so much on my plate that all I wanted was a way out to release all of that. Especially towards my emotional & mental well-being. That's when 4 years ago I found yoga and it changed my whole life from that moment forward..
