Why Being a Calorie Counter Does Not Work for Weight Loss

If you are a calorie counter, know that the biggest myth about calories is the old dogma of 'calories in/calories out' for weight loss. Supposedly, if you eat fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight. On the other hand, if you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. Too bad this whole line of thinking about counting calories is flat wrong.
