Let's face it, when it comes to losing fat, things aren't always quite as black and white as they appear to be on paper. On paper things are pretty straightforward. You should eat less junk, eat healthier foods, and do more exercise. In the real world however, things aren't always as simple. If they were, the majority of the human race would be walking around with lean, toned, muscular bodies, as opposed to bodies carrying far too much excess body fat.
