Is It Possible to Stay Healthy in This Day and Age?

We are surrounded by caf?'s and fast food restaurants that offer us a variety of tasty meals that are prepared really quickly. But with that come the added fats, salts, and sugars to give the meal its overwhelmingly delicious flavours. Burgers are doused with sauces, drinks are saturated with sugar, and chips are overly salted. With such delicious yet bad food options available to us, is it possible to stay healthy in this day and age?
